Aberdare National Park can be visited any time of the year although the best time to visit the Park is in January and February then June and September.
The area is misty as it rains all year round in two seasons from March through May and October through December.

How to Access Aberdare National Park
By Road
Aberdare National Park requires you to transfer for 96 miles north from Nairobi via the A104 and Kirima-Murungaru roads. This journey takes you 3 and a half hours.
By Air
Travelers can also transfer using Air and are required to fly from Nairobi’s Wilson Airport to the Nanyuki Airstrip for 90-minutes.
